New Workforce Development Tool from NCVO
NCVO has launched a new tool to help develop and manage your staff, called “The Wheel”. It is intended to be used as a joint process involving a range of people – managers, staff, trustees and volunteers. It can be completed with an external facilitator, such as an advisor or development worker, or with an internal facilitator such as a trustee. The outcomes related process, identifies areas where you may be weak and others that are stronger, this then leads to an overall development plan. http://www.ncvo-vol.org.uk/workforce-wheel
